There are several contractor pension funds for Oak Ridge employees and retirees.

CORRE is requesting its Congressional Representatives to step in and help to revise the draft DOE policy N 351.1 before it is implemented in summer 2007. Slide 5
DOE contributes to pension plans are some DOE sites every year, but not to the largest plan (the MEPP) in Oak Ridge- in fact, not since 1984. Slide 6
The overall responsibility for this poor treatment or Tennessee workers by DOE rests with Congress. The Congress has the power to fix it.Slide 7

and the Tennessee delegation and staff are created by the misinformation supplied by the contractors and by DOE. Slide 8
